Data-backed content strategy

Using my top-performing content themes from the last 90 days, build me a 30-day content calendar. Mix formats, include 2 experimental posts per week, and note which platform each post should lead on.

Analyze when my posts get the most engagement across each platform. Build me a simple weekly posting schedule with day, time, platform and format, simple enough to pin above my desk.

Take my single best-performing topic from the last 3 months and turn it into a 4-part content series. Give each part a hook, a format recommendation, and a call-to-action that leads to the next part.

I am launching something new and have no performance history for it yet. First, ask me for the website or URL for the brand so you can read it for positioning, voice, audience, and what it actually sells. Then ask whether I want to upload anything else that would help, for example a pitch deck, brand guidelines, a one-pager, or launch notes, and wait for me to share it. Then build a 3-month content calendar. Break it into a pre-launch phase, a launch phase, and a sustain phase, with the goal of each stated plainly. For each week give me themes, formats, which platform leads, and roughly how many posts. Note which posts are the important ones so I know where to spend real effort. Where it is useful, use my existing RootNote data as a baseline for what formats and timings tend to work for me. Flag clearly which recommendations come from my real data and which are informed guesses for a brand with no history.
