Brand Pitches

Pitches that land

Your real numbers, turned into outreach and pricing brands can't argue with.

01

The perfect pitch

An outreach email in your voice, following the structure our co-founder has seen land most often.

Draft a partnership outreach email to a brand in [INDUSTRY]. Use my actual audience and engagement numbers, pick the most persuasive stats, and write it in a confident, casual voice that sounds like a creator, not a corporation. Follow this structure exactly: SUBJECT: Collaborating on content INTRO: Quick intro with stats or brief description (1-2 sentences) BRAND CONNECTION: Personal connection to the brand (1 sentence) COLLAB PITCH: Brief pitch on working together (1-2 sentences) MEDIA KIT: Share the link to my RootNote Dataspaces media kit (1 sentence) QUESTION: End with a question that invites a response (1 sentence) Use this as the model: Hi [contact name]! My name is [your name], and I'm a [type of creator] with [one or two statistics related to your online presence OR brief skill related to content creation or audience]. I am a huge fan of [brand or product] and [personal connection to the brand or synergy with the brand's ethos or messaging]. I would love to work with you to [brief content pitch]. I noticed [recent product or promo messaging] and would be happy to create content around this, if of interest. Here is a link to my interactive RootNote media kit [paste your Dataspaces link] where you can learn more about me [and my audience, if applicable] as well as see examples of my content. Would you be willing to discuss a few content ideas? Thanks for your time! [your name]

Rate card reality check

A pricing sanity-check grounded in your actual reach, plus where every benchmark came from.

Based on my average reach, engagement rate, and audience size across platforms, suggest a fair rate range for: one paid post, a 3-post package, and an ongoing monthly partnership. For each number, show me the math you used and name the source of every benchmark or industry rate you compared me against, including how recent it is. If you are estimating rather than citing a source, say so plainly. I need to defend these numbers in a negotiation, so I need to know which parts are solid and which are educated guesses. At the end, remind me to update my rate card in RootNote so my pricing stays current everywhere I share it.
