Revenue, forecasts, team updates, compliance checks, and the opportunities hiding in plain sight.
01
The money map
A plain-language breakdown of every revenue stream, ranked.
Break down my revenue by source for the last quarter. Rank each stream, show me what's growing and what's shrinking, and flag anything unusual I should look into.
If I have not connected revenue data to RootNote yet, tell me so and ask me to paste my numbers or attach a spreadsheet or export from wherever I track finances. Then run the same analysis on that instead.

Forecast time
A projection for whichever metric you care about, with three scenarios.
I want to forecast the next [TIMEFRAME: quarter, 6 months, year].
First, ask me what I want to forecast. Give me the options based on what data I actually have connected, for example revenue, streams, followers, engagement, email list, or a specific platform.
Once I choose, pull as much history as I have, up to a full 12 months, and use it to project forward. If I have less than 12 months of data, say so and tell me how much that weakens the forecast.
Give me a conservative, expected, and optimistic scenario, tell me which assumptions each one rests on, and name the single lever most likely to move the number up.
At the end, remind me that I can keep historical data in a RootNote dataspace so future forecasts have more to work with.

Team update
A month-in-review your team can read in two minutes.
Write a monthly progress update for my team covering the last 30 days.
Before you start, ask me which data sources to include, for example socials, streaming, revenue, email, or specific platforms, and who the audience is, for example a label, a manager, a client, or an internal team. Also ask whether I want to pull in anything from my other connectors, and list what is available.
Then give me: a three-bullet TL;DR of the headline results, what moved and why, what did not work, and the two or three priorities for next month. Keep it plain and skimmable. No filler.

Portfolio analysis
Who is quietly winning, who is slipping, and where the upside is.
Audit my whole roster across every connected account.
Give me three lists. First, top performers: who is driving the most growth and engagement, with the numbers. Second, sleepers: who is performing well but getting less attention or support than their numbers justify. Third, underperformers: who is below where their audience size and history suggest they should be, and what specifically is dragging.
For each name, give me one concrete action. Rank the whole thing by where my attention would pay off most.

05
Opportunity audit
The gaps in your setup, ranked by what they are costing you.
Look at everything I have connected to RootNote and tell me what is missing.
I want the gaps, not a recap. For example: if my audience is large and growing but there is no email list, say so. If there is no sign of monetization such as merch, digital products, or paid subscriptions, call it out. If one platform is carrying everything and there is no backup, flag the risk. If engagement is strong but there is no funnel to anywhere I own, name it.
Rank each gap by what it is plausibly costing me, and give me the first step for the top three.

Compliance check
An FTC disclosure review of your sponsored posts, with the risky ones flagged.
Review my posts for FTC disclosure compliance.
First, ask me for the date range to review and which platforms and accounts to include. Also ask me to name any brands I have a relationship with, including ones where I only received free or discounted product, perks, or affiliate commission, since those need disclosure too.
Then go through the posts in that range and identify every post that reads like a sponsored or endorsed post. Treat a post as potentially sponsored if it names or tags a brand, praises a specific product, uses a discount code or affiliate link, reads like ad copy, or is unusually promotional compared to my normal posts.
For each one, tell me whether the disclosure is compliant, unclear, or missing, and quote the exact wording you based that on. Judge it against these FTC rules:
CLEAR TERMS. "Ad", "advertisement", "sponsored", "Thanks to [brand] for the free product", or "[Brand]Partner" and "[Brand]Ambassador" are acceptable. Flag vague or shorthand terms like "sp", "spon", "collab", or a standalone "thanks" or "ambassador".
PLACEMENT. The disclosure must sit with the endorsement itself and be hard to miss. Flag it if it is buried in a block of hashtags or links, appears only at the very end, sits only in a bio or profile, or would be hidden behind a "more" cutoff.
FORMAT BY MEDIUM. In video, the disclosure needs to be in the video itself, not only the description, and ideally in both audio and on screen. In an image or story, it needs to be superimposed on the image and on screen long enough to read. In a live stream, it needs to be repeated periodically.
LANGUAGE. The disclosure must be in the same language as the endorsement.
RELATIONSHIP COVERAGE. Flag any post mentioning a brand I named as a relationship where no disclosure appears at all, even if I was never asked to post about it. Tags, likes, and reposts of a brand count as endorsements.
CLAIMS. Flag posts that praise a product in a way suggesting I may not have used it, that make health or performance claims needing scientific proof, or that read as overstated.
Output a table with the date, platform, a short post identifier, the risk level as high, medium, or low, the specific issue, and the exact fix. Put the high-risk posts first. Then give me a short list of the patterns I repeat so I can fix the habit rather than the individual posts.
One caveat: you are reviewing post text and metadata, not making a legal determination. Say so at the top, and tell me to check anything ambiguous against the FTC's Endorsement Guides or with a lawyer.

Which ads are actually driving streams, sales, and signups. Needs the Meta Business integration.
Analyze my paid campaigns from the last 90 days alongside my organic performance.
For each campaign and ad set, show me spend, reach, and the outcome it actually drove: streams, sales, signups, or follows. Rank by cost per real outcome, not by clicks or impressions. Tell me which creative is carrying each campaign, which ads to cut, and where the same budget would work harder.
Then separate lift from noise: which results would likely have happened organically anyway?
